Cream Cheese Pastry Recipes
A proven recipe for Cream Cheese Pastry would be appreciated. I am planning to make some pot pies and understand that this pastry will not soak up a lot of moisture from the filling. Have also heard that it is particularly good for Wellingtons. Any and all recipes, tips and comments are welcomed.
Hello, I had luck making a flaky cream cheese pastry recently; I posted about it here.
The link to epicurious shows a standard recipe without the turns; I tried a different technique, rolling out with three turns, to make the pastry extra-flaky.
