Advice of wheat flour for import to Costa Rica
Hi, everyone.
I live in Costa Rica. We looking for a very good wheat flour.
We apreciate your advice of flour brands. Quality and consistence are the most important criteria.
The idea is importing that product to Costa Rica.

I store whole grain flours in the refrigerator to prevent their from becoming rancid. It also keeps the weevils from invading the flour. White flour I store in plastic bags also to prevent an invasion of weevils.
