Making Panko
I tried my first attempt at making my own panko after I failed at re-creating Pogacha bread.
I cut off the crust (and saved for regular bread crumbs) and grated the crumb only. Spread onto 1/2 sheet and baked for about 10-15 min on 300* (stirrint twice.) The texture and the look is there, I will be trying them on some chicken tonight...
