Now what do I do?

My rye bread seemed to be doing okay.  Then...I preheated my oven at 500F.  I made the mistake of trying to multitask...making dinner at the same time.  I put the loaves in the oven, forgetting to turn it down.  The outside is realllllly dark, not quite burned.  Neither one registered 200F.  I turned off the oven and left them in there.  They register 190F.  Now what?  I fear the answer is nothing.  They started out so well.
