Cherry Chocolate Bread
Hey everyone, I was reading Michael Ruhlman's "The Making of a Chef" a while back and remembered something in his chapter on the bread class at the Culinary Institute of America. He mentioned that they were making a Chcocolate Cherry bread by adding chocolate chips and dried cherries to either a lean dough or sourdough base. I'm thinking of trying this out myself, experimenting with it. Any ideas, suggestions?
In Nancy Silveraton's book Bread's of La Brea Bakery, there is recipe of sour cherry and chocolate bread, I've been wanted to try it for some time now. But I can look it up later today and possibly answer any questions about how much to use and what not.
