Leader's Alpine Baguettes
Thus far, I feel like a whiner on this board, so here's a success story:
I had the same trouble others have had with this recipe, i.e., too much hydration, but in the kneading process I worked in extra flour that helped a lot. I propped the loaves with kitchen towels during proofing and was very happy with the results. A very tasty bread!
