Using different malts in bagels
I use liquid malt in my bagels that I get from a homebrewing supply house nearby. I started originally with a light malt and just recently started using a very dark malt. I love the taste and it adds a lot of color.Everyone thought these were wheat bagels at first glance. I'd be interested to know if anyone else has tried different types of malt and what their results were.
