Need ALMOND FLOUR in Bulk

Does anyone know a distributor or manufacturer where I can purchase Almond Flour on a regular basis?  Almond Flour, not Almond Meal.  Thanks to any one who can help, yes I own a bakery.

for some recommendations?  Or maybe some other bakeries?  Googling on "almond flour" brings up lots of possibilities.  One, Honeyville Grain, has favorable reports from various posters here on TFL.

If you do Honeyville, make sure to sign up for the email coupons first. I've received coupons for up to 15% off, although I have never bought anything. It may take a few days before you start receiving the coupons. Honeyville may seem a tad expesive but they only charge $4.50 to ship any order.

I saw another place, nutsonline or nuts4you, etc. They looked like they were a little cheaper for 25# but don't know about shipping. They also had coupon sign-ups too.

Where are you located at. I can find a vendor for you.

Though not inexpensive, between 8 and 10 dollars per pound you can try Albert Uster, or Swiss Chalet Fine foods. Google for teir email address.

I am in the Tampa Bay area and neither of my distributors carry this item - Sysco nor BB (Best Brands).  Apparently I am a lone ranger in what I need it for and they say that there is not much call for specialty bakery/ pastry ingredients here.  I have filled a niche here in Tampa Bay (Best Key Lime Pie in the U.S. for 09) but am wanting to take it higher.  Yes, Albert Uster can get it for me, but it is pretty pricy, I may have to obtain it from them if I just can't find it from any other source a teensy bit cheaper.  I won't skimp on quality, but just trying to watch costs.

ANY help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you again.  Cindy,

Lets see if this works.  Here is the link to the Almond Handlers of California. You can go to The Almond Board of California and look around for Handlers.  These will be the people who make Almond Flour and sell it to trade sources.  The page with the link I gave above will have check box so that you can select only the handlers who make flour.  The site was hard to find what I was looking for but the information you seek is there.  I once was an Almond Handler, if you need more help let me know.

I found a handler that I know from back when I was a handler who has Almond Flour.  Here is a direct link to the Almond Flour product page.

Well, I think that, that will work.  I called and spoke with them and I'm gonna give it a try.  I can't thank you enough!!!   Am going to be introducing French Macarons to the area here, we'l see how well they'll do.  Thanks again!!
