One other fantastic one. He makes it look soooo easy to knead bread by flopping it in the air and smacking it down on the table and in a few minutes it goes from a shaggy mess to a gorgeous boule!

The first vid is fantastique. A very romantic look at our obsession! The Bertinet vid has been a favorite here for a while, but I am sure newcomers will enjoy.
