My starter tells me summer is here

We went on a 4-day vacation and I left my starter in the fridge.  Came home today and took it out for feeding and guess what I found?  Hooch!  I fed it immediately... checked the bowl 3 hours later, to my surprise, there was hooch in the bowl again!  Despite of the fact that I liked a high hydration starter, I had never seen my starter that hungry since we live in the great white north and temperatures usually stay on the cold side.  I have just fed it again but I have a feeling that I will have to do a third feed before going to bed.  I don't mind because I will be having a lot of extras to make pancakes and muffins!  LOL
