Any favorites from the Laurel's Kitchen Book

Hi all,

I've just borrowed an original copy of the Laurel's Kitchen Break Book and I was wondering if anyone has a personal favorite from this book they can recommend?

I make the Featherpuff bread as rolls and the Black Turtle to go with soups.The Potato bread is quite good also.

 

The Black Turtle really needs the beans cooked in cast iron. Othewise the bread has a greyish tint.
