source for food grade lye

I just received some food grade lye for bagel making from EssentialDepot.com.  It was $15.30 for 2 lbs. including the shipping and it only took 3 days to get here.  I just thought this might be useful info for anyone trying to make "authentic" (I know, it depends on your taste!) bagels.
