Actually could be said about any bread that is good. I have an experiment in the oven at present. Will post if it turns out.Beautiful crust and crumb. I can see a great sandwich in it's future. c

A great way to look at life. I needed to hear that today. It does apply to any good bake, but I'm putting rye in my next bake and hoping it looks almost as good as yours.

Maybe I'll try some of the rye-wheat miches in "Bread"  3rd edition when I'm not in the mood for a Baltic style high rye % bread

Nice to see and it looks like this was a good bake, lovely crumb and most inviting.
