Potatoes and eggs. Maria Falzon method. Too early for me to eat still in fasting mode. Mom's homemade fries, (half moons,) and eggs was one of my favorites growing up. This is a close Approximation.

And congratulations on your healthy diet.  If periodic fasting doesn't work for you, an alternative is just smaller portions and more exercise (a long walk daily will make a difference).

It has been working so far. The bread is multi whole grain nearly 100% . With a white flour sourdough starter.
