For today's performance... From frozen, par-baked Brooklyn Sicilian pizza

In keeping with phase one of the program today will be a cheat day. No lunch today, only dinner. That equals a longer fast. The 16"X 16" Sicilian pie will be sectioned into twelve rather than the customary nine slices. One slice for me will hold me over until the next pizza party day. 

The tale of the tape - I am down 23 lbs. Which brings me to a still quiet hefty 208 lbs. More good news down 1.5 waist sizes. Smile 😊 check back for the finished product.

 

Being on point in fun city, how would you rate my rendition of Brooklyn Sicilian, against NYC " square" slices? 

 Unrelated, but I would like to add. After living life to it's fullest at yesterdays family pizza party, I am back on track. Today's dinner puts well well within my slotted calories and carbs. Smile ....

I submit, garden salad ( no dressing) with 4 oz. Of well trimmed ribeye steak.

Glad your path is clear . I’ve made so much pizza with my helpers in the past 2 weeks. They are bottomless pits when it comes to pizza !

Being able to fit into swim trunks/board shorts that would not even close a few months ago is a great motivator! More even than the scale!

Congrats on the weight loss.  There will be a point in the journey where calorically-balanced eating and activity will no longer be thought of as "cheating", but rather "normal life".
