Hello,

I ate this bread while I was in St Moritz over the Christmas/New Year and loved it!

Wondering if it is at all possible to replicate it.

Would anyone know of a recipe?

Thank you

It's a naturally fermented (sourdough) spelt bread with spelt flour and meal.

  • Spelt
  • Spelt Meal
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Spelt Sour

And from the photo it does look coated with seeds. Still trying to find a recipe but with the above info and some experience in rye breads (of which this spelt bread looks similar in method) i'm sure you can replicate it.

thank you for your help.

I shall dig into this.

The loaf is packed with seeds. This will be a fun process to figure out a good formula.
