Countertop Convection Oven Recommendation
I am looking for a countertop convection oven (preferably without all the extras like air frying, dehydrating) that works well and can bake a 9x13 inch cake.
Any recommendations?

I bake bread in it and it works as well as a high quality wall oven
and it's much less $. Use mine almost daily as I'm only cooking for two these days. Don't use it for bread but good for all else, including biscuits.

I’ve been considering a Balmuda due to steam implementation if I find a deal on it, to hold me over until I can afford a dedicated Rofco oven.
the only thing holding me back is the 2.2inch height limitation. It really is more of a toaster I suppose than a mini oven.
