Best commercial oven to use for cinnamon bun bakery
Hi there,
Im starting up a cinnamon bun bakery and just wondering is it better to use a deck oven, combi oven or rotary oven for cinnamon buns?

Not sure if you figured it out yet but my brother in law has a cinnamon roll bakery and he says that deck ovens suck for cinnamon rolls. He just bought new commercial convection ovens. Swears they are the best.
