Much nicer than the other three I already have and a half quart bigger to boot!

 I sense a 2 kilo boule on the horizon... :)

What's the largest loaf that you've made in your Bayou Classic monster 12 quart roaster?

with so-so results. But I have a 16" long banneton for an 1800 gram batard to try when things cool down a bit. The Bayou Classic could probably hold a 3 kilo loaf but who's going to eat it? 🤔 110°F here today. Best wishes. Dave

Worked good! Free-standing large batard loaf attempt coming soon. This DO is ridiculously heavy.
