Paper forms for Colomba

Hi, does anyone know where I can get some of these? I have the book Cresci by Iginio Massari, and want to make his Colomba recipe,,,, but need the paper baking form.

So far, I can only find "out of stock" listings, or one for 360 of them (I think) on a baking site.

Or is there another way of making it without the form?

This recipe tells you how to make the dove without the form. Hope this helps you.

With the Massari recipe, which might be a softer dough.... it has a first and second dough.

they show it in a paper form, and I'm guessing it is necessary.

If you don't mind silicone pans, to use them more than once:

Thank you so much! I ordered one, so I'll see how it works..... then keep trying to get the paper too.

Good luck with baking that bread, Sue.

If you have restaurant supply stores in the vicinity of your home, you can give them a call. They will have them. It's very close to Easter right now, but usually they have them in stock.
