20Qt Mixer that runs off of 110V

First off, I am new to the forum and very excited to be here.  I am very grateful to have found this site and I am absorbing the wisdom of so many of you.

I am in the market for a 20qt mixer that will primarily be used to mix cream cheese but I want one that is powerful enough to also mix smaller batches 10 to 12lbs of bagel dough.   I'll have a spiral mixer in the near future that will handle large batches.

I am a novice when it comes to electrical but I need a 20qt that will be reliable and run off of 110v.  Do any of you have a recommendation of a brand that will fit my needs?  My store front will eventually have 3 phase but for now I need to be able to run the 20qt out of my house.

Would appreciate any advice you might have.

Thanks

Kurt

I have a Globe 20Qt mixer which runs on 110V.  Solid machine which can handle 15-20lbs of dough depending on hydration.  It weighs about 170 lbs if I remember right. They also make a 10qt variety and larger too..  Spec sheet is on their site. Cost is about half or better than a Hobart.  I usually make 10-12 lbs of dough at a time depending on my needs. The machine doesn't break a sweat.

Hope this helps...
