Guiness Reduction

I didn't see this anywhere on the forums, but it's something I highly recommend you try.

Last year I went to Disney World with my family.   One of the restaurants we ate at was in Downtown Disney,  an Irish place called Raglan Road.   The food was some of the best I had on our trip.

Most importantly, they had this amazing bread dip, which was basically a Guiness (stout beer) reduction.   instead of balsamic vinegar and olive oil it was this stout reduction in place of the vinegar.   Just incredible stuff!!    The nice thing is, you can easily make it at home.      The Irish bread they served was darn good too.

Give it a whirl, you won't regret it!

Also, if you are ever in Disney, definitely hit up Raglan Road!

Ate their last year and looked up the recipe while we ate. They were selling jars of it, but I figured I would make it some day. Still haven't made it though. Yummy stuff.

Well, interesting culinary solutions allow the establishment to have its own flavor and be attractive to visitors. Naturally, if these decisions are successful.
