Hobart C-210 Restoration

Hello all!

In a sudden splurge I picked up a Hobart C-210 mixer, its in "working condition" and from the date records I was able to get from the Hobart historians was built in 1925.  My plan is to restore this so I can keep it going for another 100 years as well as show it off for the awesome piece it is but this will be my first restoration.

I'm finding it very difficult to find any information on this mixer so I was hoping the community here might have some knowledge to share.  I'm also looking for any advice from the fellow restoration crowed on tricks and tip or do's and don'ts when dealing with older stuff like this, the last thing I would want would be to damage something.

Here are some pictures

Does anyone know what type of oil I should be using in the oil cup on the motor?

Pictures did not show up,   Any grade 2 grease and light duty oil will be fine.

Make sure that you clean all the grease out of the machine before putting in new grease as they all do not play well when mixed.
