Bread maker on BBC Countryfile I think.
Sunday 6th November 2020 Sunday evening a BBC program called Country file I think showed a farmer who grew his own special wheat, turned it into flour and then baked a loaf. Can anyone tell me how to obtain information on that loaf which looked extra special?

Very down home and it did look good, especially with baking in the WFO. The breadmaking looked so simple and easy (reality check: life's not like that!).
I think the recipe probably was very simple. From memory I think it was 90% Hen Gymro heritage wheat flour, 10% strong white BF (eg Canadian in the UK), 80% hydration and the usual amounts of levain (his looked quite thick) and salt.
Heritage Wheat in the UK sells landrace wheats, but he doesn't look to have Hen Gymro at the moment, but he does have others.
PS, your post has a lot of extraneous guff in it - are you pasting from MS Word?

Firstly many thanks for that information and I apologise for the MS Word Guff. The problem is that I can't spell so I write my posts with MS Word because I don't think the Forum has an automatic spell check.

RPK's solution looks good. The other option is to compose in Notepad++. This is a great freeware tabbed text editor and I use it. You can compose offline in as many sessions as you want (eg if it's a long post) and then paste in - no more lost compositions!
Notepad++ doesn't have a spell checker enabled by default, but this can easily be added as a plugin. Instructions here
