Looking for a long and slim Pullman or loaf pan.

Trying to recreate this cake exactly. He says it’s 20 inches long. Doesn’t say the width I’m guessing 3 or 4 inches. I’ve been looking for months and can only find 16 inch.

I really like the look of the super long and narrow pan. Any ideas?

Hello from British Columbia, Caaleb!  I don't need any more baking utensils, but curiosity got the better of me.  I recognized the type of pan in the video and found one at Bake Deco (search "baking molds for pates and terrines"), which is based in New York:  20" x 3" x 3" for $56.95 with free shipping.

Creative Cookware is based in the Greater Montreal area (actually not too far from where I grew up!), but they ship to the U. S., in case that's where you live ["free shipping over $79.99 (less discounts and promotions), otherwise it's only $9.95 within USA (except Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii)"].  Right now they have a 20" collapsible pan on sale for $79.95 (reg. $119.99) CAD (around $60 US, I'm guessing).  I bought a pressure cooker from them about 5 years ago and was happy with the service.

I hope this helps.  Cheers and good luck in your search!

Hi Caaleb!

You're very welcome.  It's frustrating when you're trying to find something you know is out there somewhere, but doesn't seems to be doing a darn good job of hiding!  If you try that cake specifically, you'll have to let us know how it turned out.

Cheers and have fun!

Did you try to bake on it? I think about buying something like that too and would like to know your opinion. I was thinking about a set of two that I've found on Amazon for 70$. I think they will fit me better. Is that one that you've bought good?
