1:1:1 = 33.3% inoculation

1:1 @ 50% hydration = 40% (100 Starter + 100 Flour  + 50 Water) (100/250)

This update caused a number of problems. Updating this thing while live is just not the way forward!

PS. There seems to be a bug with this embedded version (MS related). Don't press the left or up arrow key while the temperature dropdown is selected!
