Did Hobart Ever Buy the Kitchenaid brand before?
Many years ago, the KA brand looked like this. I'm wondering if the kitchenaid name was a 2-beater unit like the pic I posted. Strange!!

Yours matches the photo online of "A prototype KitchenAid Model A "Kaidette" stand mixer, produced in the 1930s. KitchenAid is an American home appliance brand owned by Whirlpool Corporation. The company was started in 1919 by The Hobart Manufacturing Company to produce stand mixers; the "H-5" was the first model introduced." Didn't find anything more on the Kaidette. It would be fun to see how one worked.
I was also wondering when the Model G was first introduced.
