And now for something different...

A version of Italian sundried tomato, feta, and herb baguette and a little spinach for greenery... was suppose to be fresh basil but had none. Tastes great, very happy....pasta tonight....

Add-Ins are new to me...never quite sure if should be kneading in or layer and roll, but seems to have turned out ok with the layer and roll. Yes looking forward to dipping in pasta sauce...lol

Wow, you are branching out from your awesome white pan loaf! That looks very good; what a great combination of add-ins. Maybe next time you can try kneading them into the dough as see the difference yourself! Good thing you've got that wonderful new production machine. :)

Your bread looks really yummy. I've made fresh tomato & basil baguettes but haven't tried the sundried yet. That's on my to-do list.

So glad you finally got a new KA stand mixer. They open up a new world of baking.

The sundried tomato worked great, I have seen someone even using the oil the tomato’s are in to put in the bread might try that next time. It was suppose to be fresh basil but I didn’t have any so chopped a bit of spinach just for greenery..lol. The feta cheese is great because it doesn’t melt. Haven’t done baguetts before but bought a baguette tray when I saw it in clearance....you got to grab these things when you see it....lol. KA has been working overtime no room left in the freezer.
