Wood fired Pizza oven in progress

I have a supply of all kinds of tiles left over from jobs.  I am wondering if I could cut and stack, say 4" wide tiles to use as oven walls bonding them using refractory cement and/or fire resisting caulking?

Zepol, You say "all kinds of tiles", what concerns me is there may be a few of these tiles that may break down with the heat of the oven. I don't know anything about tiles, are they all created equal ?. If they did break down they may put bad chemicals into your oven. If you are sure they are safe, I see no reason why not.

You may have a problem getting the cement to stick to the smooth side.
