WHITE WHOLE WHEAT UK??

Hi all, Where can I get white whole wheat from in the UK?   

Cant seem to locate any, anywhere!

Whole Weat is the American Word for  * Wholemeal * 

You can get it in any Supermarket here in the UK:)

I understand that, but I'm Specifically looking for *white* whole wheat/wholemeal.

Im not sure that its available in the Uk at the moment :( I have a few recipes containing it so I'm trying to track some down.

I have never heard of white wholemeal flour, that is why I thought you meant Wholemeal flour.

I shall google a bit.

So, chances are, that is what you are getting when you buy it.  I expect that if it is milled from red, it probably specifically says (In the US, that is the default and no mention is made of it...so that may be why you aren't finding "white" which is your default).

Never heard about White Wholemeal flour.

USA mills from Red, we in UK mill from white, so ours is the White Wholemeal Flour , our default one, that is why it is not specified on the packs:)
