9/1 Bake

Just a couple loaves so I don't have to by store bought. Plain 20% Whole Wheat and a Calamata Loaf.

The plain is for me really, with a spot of Jam fits my coffee just right.

Those are Olives. I can't seem to to find Black Garlic, I would like to make some bread with it.

nice loaves.  I love olive bread but the girls don't like olives except as oil so olive bread is a real treat around here.  Love tour post,   Your bread are just fantastic and if they taste as good as they look them the food had to be grand.  I want to see pretty pictures of how folks eat their bread and see their sunsets :-)  You are eating well and feeling the setting sun on your face.  Can't get better than that except for a nice adult beverage to watch it go down. ....and excepting your wife!

Nice bake.  Great looking loaves.  I was set to bake today but woke up feeling crummy.  So I will bake next weekend.  Funny I date my bakes also.  Great way to keep them apart.
