A moist and delicious way to use up overripe bananas and excess zucchini :) Zucchini Banana Bread A)Combine these ingredients: B)Combine these ingredients and slowly add to first ingredients, mixing well. C) Finally add these (optional): D) Bake ~45 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean). My gas oven doesn't have a temperature gauge... Yummy warm!!!

Salt
I loved the recipe, but because I don't normally eat a lot of salty things, I think next time I will cut the salt in half. My taste buds are still very happy for all the saltiness. Like I just ate bacon. ;) I hope that doesn't mess up the consistency. All in all, very delicious. Thankyou.
