I tried Bridgestone recipe for sweedish sweet filled buns, look at the result!!!!!

Yesterday , at night , I tried Bridgestone recipe for sweeedish sweet filled buns , I made the round shape filled with chocolate pudding "made from scratch" , , the other shape is rectangular and filled with Mango pudding , I found that I have a lot of mango in the refrigerator,so why not to try  a new fruity taste in yeasted bakes,I was totally amazed , soooo yummy!!!!!

The kids loved it so much. The dough was very tasty and light.

so I would like to thank " Bridgestone " for sharing this lovely recipe.

Chahira, those look delicious

With the frosting, yours remindme, somewhat,  of French profiterolls and Napoleons.

Great job.

Hola Chahira, I've made them

Hola Chahira, I've made them twice already, once filled with pieces of peach, poached in sugar syrup with vanilla and yesterday, filled with very thick quince marmalade. Both very tasty. I found that messing as little as possible with the dough greatly improved fluffiness of the baked rolls, so the second time I didn't make balls, but just folded the circles of dough into half circles and pressed the edge firmly.

Thanks for bringing this lovely recipe to our attention!
