HI Gary - I just exchanged with her, she is a French home baker.  This one is a 20L, can handle 3-15 kg! It's a company I hadn't seen until I saw her post, "Prismafood," an Italian make.  She said "Oui c’est du matériel de professionnel mais on l’a acheté sur le bon coin …." which means they are pro equipment but they got it for a good price.  "Good price" being relative of course, lol.**

They have the oven to match - can handle anything from 3 to 50 kg in a load, so, well, there's that, lol.  Seems like a pretty sturdy beast, interested more in the company now, should I ever truly want to do more than I am now.

**The use of "on" has a couple meanings in French, "we" or "one," like "one could buy."  Her verb usage indicates it was bought, so that means that's the price they paid for it.   I don't think it's a general statement, i.e., these are good machines that are a relative bargain, which would be something like "Oui, c'est un équipement professionnel, mais on peut l'acheter sur le boin coin" or "pourrait l'acheter...".  I'm fairly certain these are expensive as hell...!
