Medium & Coarse Grind with MockMill
I recently became infatuated with bread making. I just got my first mill, a MockMill 100. In "Bread Alone" Daniel Leader has recipes which call for coarse ground whole wheat flour or medium ground rye flour.
Unfortunately, I haven't seen any pictures to show me what medium or coarse grinds should look like. Can anyone either direct me to pictures to demonstrate these grinds or recommend MockMill 100 scale settings to produce medium rye and coarse whole wheat flours?
