Baking stone upgrade

Today, I received my new baking stone from Miele to replace the smaller round pizza stone I've been using for years. It's not broken, but in the recent baguette challenge, it was found wanting. The new stone is larger, thicker and fills most of the oven shelf. I'll test it tomorrow with a sourdough bake. Excited!
