Buttermilk Honey Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread JMonkey
Hi...This recipe give flour weight at 500 grams, or about 4 cups. KA weight chart lists WWheat flour at 113 grams a cup which would be 452 grams. ? ?

452g sounds like about 500g to me.
My suggestion: if you have a scale, use it. If you don't, leave a little mound on the top of your cups when you measure and you'll come in very close to 500g. Then adjust if it seems too wet or too dry.
Hi..Very much appreciate your time, however 452 isn't remotely close to 500. 498 would be. I scale every thing. For what it's worth, every one seems to agree with you. . even Michael Rhulman. I'll stand down.
