Why focaccia turns grey-brown instead of golden brown

Hi, I guess its hard to tell from the photo but when my focaccia cooks it turns a little more grey-brown than golden brown, does anyone else have this problem?

 Black olives bleed most likely. There's a certain amount of discolration.

Have you considered or are you able to bake with steam? A dry oven can lead to less golden and more grey.
