Boule Recipes for temporary access to Dutch Oven?
I was wondering if any of you have a good bread recipe that makes a boule baked in a 3.5 qt Dutch oven, and takes < 8 hrs from start to finish. I’ll be visiting some friends (who own a Dutch oven) and making dinner with them but as it is only a quick day trip I need something that doesn’t need an overnight ferment - it seems most boule recipes I have looked at do! Otherwise, I’ll an enriched bread that doesn’t need a dutch oven and I’m sure they would like that too.
