Standard recipe, with added mixed seeds sesame, chia, poppy, and 1/6 durum wheat along with the white rye, bread flour and 100% dark rye starter / mother dough.
And if it tastes as good as it looks, it must be delicious.
What an artistically scored loaf you baked. That is really neat. Were the scores fairly shallow? Was the proof in the refrigerator? (That seems to help me to score better.) I agree that the taste must be impressive too. Thanks for posting this.
