great way to preheat pots

Just read this on another forum and thought I would share. It accomplishes a couple things. Less wear and tear on pots and WAY faster. Fill your heavy pot  1/4 with water. Preheat on the stove top !  When ready to bake dump out water and lower bread in on parchment. The pot will dry almost instantly since it is so hot but if there is a tiny bit of water it will add steam.

Unfortunately, it won’t work for me because I don’t have 6 elements on my stove.
