What qualifies as an enriched bread?

im just wondering if a bread with less than 15% of butter or oil would be called an enriched bread? Is there a cut off point? What about oil off nuts? I make a bread with a walnut butter and another with a sesame butter and wondering if I can put them couche to rise without ruining fabric?
