Hobart A-200T

i have just purchased a used Hobart A-200T mixer and there seems to be a couple of things that I would like to fix.

On speeds two and three the lifting bowl arms start shaking. Is there a way to tighten up the arms so they dont wobble? The bowl lifting arms that attach to the column and move up and down with the mechanical lever.

also the main spindle that I attach my dough hook to, there is some play in that and it is not solid. You can wiggle it from side to side.

There is also a slight amount of grease that was on the nut in the center of the planetary cover. (If you look at it from the bottom up). I've read that this can be bad news.

Any my thoughts are welcome.
