Tips for transporting cupcakes and other good to vendor fairs

Hello!

this is my first post!

I am starting to book festivals and vendor fairs in my local area.

Each is expecting 1,000-3,000 visitors which translates to me taking a couple hundred cupcakes to each event.

I plan on packaging them in 9oz punch cupcakes covered in cellophane bags.

What is the easiest way to transport for this kind of event?  Especially considering having to take a tent, chairs, tables, etc!

thanks!!

I read on an other site (Cake Central) that upside down cups are popular to use. The lids have those grooves in them that keep the cupcake in place. Then you can pop the cups in those large storage containers. Just make sure to plan out your setup before you get there.
