heavy duty, rimless, aluminum, half size, NOT-non-stick baking sheet?

Greetings.

I've spent a good while online trying to find an aluminum, heavy duty, half size (18 x 13, give or take), rimless baking sheet, with no luck.

If anyone can provide me with a source, I'd be much obliged.

They are a cooing supply store and I'll bet they'll have what you're looking for. Be warned though - it's hard to buy just one thing - they have so many neat cooking pans, gadget etc...

I was going to say a restaurant supply store, though they usually have the traditional sheet pans with edges.

But try a search for "Airbake" pans, at least some of them are not non-stick:

 

 

This one was from amazon, though they didn't have it in stock....

I've use those exact "Airbake" sheets for years and I love them!

I have seen them for sale at Sear's in the last year or so. Great for cookies too!
