Yes its possible, but you

Yes its possible, but you need to have the correct electrical needs to meet a commercial ovens requirements. You need to consult an electrician about that. As far as a brand, any common brand name will do well. I have used sunstar, blodget, wolf and vulcan and have had great success with them all. Good luck!

other options??

I am not sure if this will help you or not.  But I came across different types of ovens in the Lehman's catalog.  There were portables, stove tops, etc.  Alot of their products that they sell are made by the Amish.   Most items in this catalog run by wood, gas, propane, kerosene, or solar, but some things are electric.

Where are you located I have

Where are you located I have a blodget zephaire and a Garland convection oven for sale 1000 each and they are electric it is a great deal they both work great. I own a bakery in Richmond Va and I have 4 convection ovens but really only need 2 and I could use the space they are taking up.
