Most excellent pumpkin spice cookie

Anyone looking for a great fall cookie recipe, I made these on the weekend and they are one of the best cookies I've ever had!   I used dried cranberries, semi-sweet chocolate chips and raw pumpkin seeds as my add-ins and it was the perfect combo, IMO.  Just finishing the last of them today (Day 4) and they are still moist and awesome.
