They are finally going to be in stock at breadtopia. Mine should ship in a couple of days. Do I need to do anything to it before I bake my first loaf?

Read the instructions that come with it, they will tell you everything you need to know.

Be careful about the oil - use a thin one, not olive oil - when you season it.  The instructions are good and the oven spring wonderful. I vary the time before I take the dome off depending on what kind of crust I want. For someone for doesn't like a crunchy crust, you can make a chewy one.
