Eric, now you have really thrown down the gauntlet! That is so awesome!!! I love it.
And I'm not only envious of the lovely shaped loaf and beautifully shaped slashes but how in the world do you get them to come out so well and using an odd tool to boot (show off...hehe...and now who's the ringer). I just cannot get that part of the process down. At any rate, a lovely loaf and fun.
