Naan I made tonite

Here is the Naan I made tonite, I followed the recipe from gothicgirl that I found on here. The only changes I made are that I added 1/2 teaspoon each of Garlic Powder and Onion powder and 1 teaspoon parsley flakes. Instead of rolling I hand shaped and baked in a 500 degree F oven on a Pizza Pan turned upside down. I brushed them with roasted garlic infused Ghee when I took them out of the oven. They were delicious with some areas being really crispy and some areas soft and chewy due to the hand shaping.

eemmmm, very delectable looking Naans. Well done Aytab.

I love all kinds of Naans in general, but my all-time-favorite is the Cheese Naan.

Good work Aytab :-)

Thank you so much, they were impressive enough even in this terrible little photograph, that this morning, I got a note from a very famous photographer (shoots for Vogue, Cosmopolitan etc) saying that he wants me to bring any and all breads I want to his studio to be photographed during one of his classes at the NY Film Academy at Universal Studios. I am very excited!! Once again thank you for the compliments, I jsut wish everyone could have been here to enjoy them with us.
